Thank you for shopping with Roots2Roads. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping and returns policy.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Manufacturing Time: All orders are custom-made and require from 5 to 10  business days for production, based on complexity of your map.

  • Shipping Time: We ship all orders via USPS. We typically ship within 3 business days from the moment your map is made and packed for shipping. 

  • Delivery: once the product is shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number. 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered business days.

  • We make every effort to expedite your order and ship it as soon as possible. However, during peak times and holidays, processing times may vary.

Shipping Rates 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package. 

  • All items are securely packed in protective materials to make  to ensure they arrive in a perfect condition.
